New GameEx Kodi Add-On

A new GameEx Kodi add-on is now available allowing GameEx to be launched from recent Kodi versions.

The automated add-on included with the GameEx installer no longer works with recent versions of Kodi and the option will be removed from the installer for the next GameEx release
