Lifetime GameEx licenses will still be available but access to the repository (including themes, plugins and databases), FTP and enhanced forum and GameEx Online access will be sold on a yearly basis.

The online service provides a whole host of benefits which will only be expanded on when things like add-ons become available in the repository for GameEx Evolution and of course all the Evolution themes and plugins we will hopefully see once we put that power in your hands.
