GameEx Multiplatform Alpha 1.18

Mainly updates making it easier to run on Android and phones, plus unity mouse support..

Adds touch screen, mouse, remote and gamepad support.

New easy instructions and way to install on Android

Windows version currently available too for testing and feedback.

I have tested the Android build on an Nviidia Shield and Google Pixel 7 pro. Performance is good on a shield and flies on my phone. I did need to add more storage on the shield for automatice artwork download. I have also tested on an m2 mac mini. Performance is great on that too as you would expect. Naviigation and artwork including videos work across all platofrms at this point. No launching or setup just yet.

Note: Sound and audio work is complete and working just disabled in the configuration, Basic media player video playback support (as in movies etc) is also complete.
